When the Citizen’s Choice Panel for MMC unveiled the list of six candidates for the Margao municipal election, the leaders insisted they have no political affiliations. Many scribes covering the media briefing, however, were taken aback to see AAP leaders from Saxttidom swarming around the venue. The presence of AAP leaders, hailing from Carmona, Curtorim and Durga-Chinchinim at the briefing remains unknown. Or was it a part of the agenda to spread the party’s network in Saxttidom ahead of 2022 polls? Wait and watch.
