Fr Agnel Multipurpose HS of Verna and Manovikas High School of Sao Jose de Areal registered wins to move ahead in the U-15 Boys Subroto Mukherjee Salcete Taluka football tournament, at Dramapur football ground, on Wednesday.
In the first match, Fr Agnel Multipurpose HS defeated Bhatikar Model EHS 5-0. Arsalan Shaikh and Skyler Dias netted a brace each while Daiwik Dharshan netted the other goal for Fr Agnel.
In another match, Manovikas EHS of Sao Jose de Areal defeated Marina English HS of Verna 2-0. Elan Fernandes and Jaime Soares were the scorers for Manovikas.
