Guirdolim Club pipped Sporting Club of Davorlim with a narrow 1-0 win in a riveting encounter at the 26th Holy Cross inter-village football tournament held at Vodlemoll Kakoda.
Right from the onset, Guirdolim Club seized control of the game, launching persistent assaults on the opposing goal. Their efforts paid off early on, with a spectacular 25-yard strike finding the back of the net, leaving the Davorlim goalkeeper with no chance of making a save.
