The Indian community team won the annual Asian Communities Football Tournament (ACFT) organized for the expatriate asian communities living in Qatar organized by Qatar Football Association (QFA). In the title clash, Indian team defeated Palestine 3-2 in the final held at the Doha Stadium.
Palestine started the proceedings by scoring through Omar Nasser in the 6th minute before India came back strongly through goals from Mohammed Mufeer Ali and Reed Santos in the 17th and 24th minutes respectively.
