MARGAO: Bengaluru FC registered a 2-0 win over FC Goa in the Reliance Foundation Development League 2025-26 at SSA Stadium in Shillong on Monday, with both goals coming in the second half.
Both sides began on an attacking note, creating opportunities but failing to find the finishing touch as the first half ended goalless.
After the break, Bengaluru FC stepped up the tempo and took control of proceedings. Their persistence paid off in the 58th minute when Serto Kom broke the deadlock to put his side ahead. Riding on the momentum, Bengaluru continued to press forward and eventually sealed the result in the 90th minute, as Taorem Singh unleashed a sharp snapshot that struck the roof of the net to confirm the victory.
