The King’s School has sent its U-14 and U-17 badminton teams to compete in the prestigious CBSE Cluster IX Badminton Competition 2025–26, being held from August 6 to 9 at New Times International School, Pune, Maharashtra.
The event brings together top badminton talent from CBSE schools across the cluster and marks a valuable opportunity for young athletes to showcase their skills on a larger platform.
Representing the school in the U-17 Boys category are Parin Vilas Sawant, Hetav, Noah Lalthlamuana, and Armaan Inamdar. The U-17 Girls team comprises Aaryaa Kishor Metry, Raima Manish Shewakramani, and Samridhi Chug.
The U-14 Boys team features Viraditya Nitish Pai Kane, Advik Bhatnagar, Swaroop Ravindra Chikhale, and Aarush Somdatt Deshmukh, while the U-14 Girls team includes Sanvee Samir Utagi, Shreeja Satyajit More, Samiksha Anup Rane, and Prathysha Anand Patil.
The team is accompanied by Coach Tauheed and Bhavana, who have played an important role in preparing the students both technically and mentally for this high-level competition.
