Advani reaches Asian snooker championship final

Pankaj Advani drubbed his Indian compatriot Aditya Mehta to ease into the final of the Asian 6 Red Snooker Championship 2016 being played in Abu Dhabi.

Advani dropped only one frame after taking a commanding 5-0 lead before trouncing Mehta 6-1 in their semi-final clash. The 30-year-old Bengaluru-based cue ace will meet Keen Hoo Moh of Malaysia, who got the better of Mohammed Rais Senzhahi of Afghanistan 6-3 in the other semi-final match, in the summit clash.
