Goa were all out for 201 runs on the opening day of the Col C K Nayudu Trophy match in Haryana on Wednesday. Barring Samar Dubhashi (66 not out) and Shubham Dessai (39) no batsman managed a knock worth a note after Goa had elected to bat.
Openers Ishaan Gadekar (16) and Vaibhav Govekar (12) put on a partnership of 28 runs. There after, wickets fell regularly. Shubham scored 39 runs off 85 balls, hitting six boundaries. Wicket-keeper Samar was stranded on 66 off 146 balls, which included seven hits to the fence. Savio Kaalko provided lower-order resistance with 19 runs from his bat. Captain V Kahlon (17) and Kashyap Bakhle (11) were the other double-digit contributors. For Haryana, M Boora and M Rathee picked up five and four wickets respectively.
