Cuncolim Union is set to organize their third edition of the All India Volleyball Tournament which will be held from April 19-23 at Cuncolim Volleyball Courts near the Cuncolim bus stand.
Top teams from India like ONGC Dehradun, BPCL Kerala, HSIDC Haryana, KSEB Kerala, LIC India Mumbai and hosts Cuncolim Union, Goa will be participating. The volleyball loving public in Goa will be treated to top notch volleyball action from international players like Tom Joseph, Jerome Vinith, Ranjit Singh, Subbarao, Vinit Kumar, Sarang Lal, Kartik, Marshall Thomas and many more.
Hosts Cuncolim Union are expected to give a good fight to all the strong outstation teams as they have in their ranks top Goan players like Aaron Pereira, Rama Pappu Dhawaskar who will play along with some internationals. The matches will be held under floodlights and two matches will be played every day. Matches will start at 8 pm. The matches will be officiated by international referees from Kerala and Andhra Pradesh, and they will be supported by referees from Goa.
