Having missed a few chances, Our Lady of Gloria Sports Club took the lead in the 23rd minute when Bernardo Silveira slotted past the rival goalkeeper with a snap shot. The second half belonged to Our Lady of Gloria Sports Club, who controlled the game from the defence to attack. Two minutes into the re-start, Melroy Dias levelled for his side. Spurred by the equaliser, Our Lady of Gloria Sports Club intensified their attacks and scored through Joe Fernandes in the 68th minute. However, their joy was short-lived and in the 76th minute, Jovito Pango restored the parity. Two minutes later Anthony Dias made it 4-3 in favour of Our Lady of Gloria Sports Club. With time running out, Joe Pango saved Arlem from the defeat as he cancelled the lead in the injury time.

Arlem Youth Association rallied from behind to hold Our Lady of Gloria Sports Club, Ilha de Rachol 4-4 in the Salcete Zone GFA Third Division League at Panchayat ground, Raia on Tuesday. Arlem Youth Association led 2-1 at the breather.
