Both the teams displayed attacking brand of soccer and kept the crowds on their toes. Filu Caterers broke the deadlock in the 10th minute when Joseph Baptista fired home from close range. However, their joy was short-lived as, four minutes later, Dickson Alves neutralised the lead with a snap shot.
The second session continued in same vein with their forwards trouble the rival defence with well orchestrated raids. Both teams had equal number of scoring chances but their forwards muffed gilt edged chances. Born to Win had the last laugh in the penalty shootout.
