Boys will give their best at U-17 WC, says De Matos
In an interaction with students from Don Bosco Engineering College, Fatorda, Indian World Cup under 17 coach Luis Norton de Matos disclosed his team's plan to give the best possible for the World Cup.

"India can play a good game. Within this eight months, we worked hard to make it the best possible. Image building of the team has been done. Young players can play football and can give a good start," Mato remarked. Claiming that the World Cup is a good competition, Matos said, "It is a good competition and in future we can prepare and be the best. This is India's first step. We prepare for success. Our players are intelligent," the Indian coach added. The Indian team captain, Amarjit Singh assured the team's 100% for India, and termed the tournament as a great opportunity. Overwhelmed by the interaction, a college student said it was an opportunity for the Goan players of this college and other students to interact with the Indian team. Earlier, the team arrived at the Don Bosco Engineering College at 5 pm on Monday, along with coach Matos. They were received by the Principal of Don Bosco College Fr Kinley D'Cruz, students and other officials. Fr Kinley welcomed the team.
Parish Youth, Nuvem came from behind to defeat Dramapur Sports Club 3-1 to enter the quarter-finals of 36th Gold Silver Rolling Trophy inter-village football tournament organized by Navelim Sporting Club at Rosary Grounds, Navelim on Monday. The teams were tied 1-1 at the break.
