Billiards and Snooker Association of Goa (BSAG) will conduct All Goa Major Ranking Snooker tournament, to be held in four legs at various centres across Goa. The opening leg will be held at the Cue Sports Academy, at Athletics Stadium, Cujira, Bambolim, on August 19, 9 am onwards.

The top two players aggregating highest points at the end of the four legs will be eligible to represent Goa at the National Snooker Championship to be held early next year. The total prize money for the tournament is Rs 45,000, besides the trophies and special prizes for century break and highest break above 50. The second and third legs will be held at The Crucible, Mapusa and at Martins Pool and Snooker Academy, Navelim with the concluding leg to be held at Bambolim again. The dates of the later legs have not been announced.
