PONDA:
A-R Tuition classes in association with Ponda Taluka Chess Association (PTCA) organised a chess coaching camp at Curti for tuition students and other children for a week followed by chess tournament. A total of 20 students participated. Sairaj Naik won the tournament.
Dattaram Kerkar, Vardhan Gaude and Vallari Khedekar secured the second, third and fourth places respectively.
Prizes were distributed by Chief Guest Radha Sakordekar (PTCA member), Archana Tendulkar (PTCA treasurer), Sandesh Naik (PTCA Jt. Secretary), Anand Kurtikar (Chess coach) and Teacher Mamata Kurtikar.
