Goa will once again be at the heart of Indian football action as it gears up to host the 2025“26 Super Cup, starting October 25, with defending champions FC Goa drawn into a challenging Group B alongside Jamshedpur FC, NorthEast United FC, and Inter Kashi.
The All India Football Federation (AIFF) conducted the group stage draw virtually on Thursday, featuring 16 teams split into four groups of four each. Goa’s football faithful will also get to witness a fierce Kolkata derby showdown in Group A, with Indian Super League champions Mohun Bagan Super Giant and 2024 Super Cup winners East Bengal drawn together, alongside Chennaiyin FC and Real Kashmir.
In a major shift aligned with the AIFF-FSDL roadmap, the Super Cup”traditionally the closing tournament of the season”will now kick off the 2025“26 campaign. The AIFF confirmed the change following a joint proposal with the Football Sports Development Limited (FSDL), which was approved by the Supreme Court of India.

Group B: FC Goa, Jamshedpur FC, NorthEast United FC, Inter Kashi
Group C: Bengaluru FC, Mohammedan Sporting, Punjab FC, Gokulam Kerala
Group D: Mumbai City FC, Kerala Blasters, Hyderabad FC, Rajasthan United FC
