PANAJI: The Goa Football Association (GFA) will hold an Extraordinary General Body Meeting (EGM) on Sunday, August 30, at the Conference Hall of Don Bosco Provincial House, Odxel, at 10 am to consider and adopt its new Constitution.
The GFA has requested all clubs with permanent affiliation to take note of the meeting and ensure their participation.
Each Collective Member must be represented by one of the following office-bearers, in order of preference: President, Secretary, or an Office Bearer as defined under Article 2.22, namely the Vice President or Treasurer.
The association has stressed that the requisite quorum is essential for the amendment and adoption of the new Constitution.
Clubs have therefore been urged to depute an authorised representative to attend the EGM without fail.
