GFDC Pernem got the better of GFDC Socorro 4-3 via tie-breaker in an U-13 boys match of the 5th GFDC Rising Stars Football Festival at Quitla ground, Aldona, onDay 6 of the annual event.
Both teams failed to score in regulation time forcing the contest to be decided on penalties. GFDC Pernem proved to be better shooters and converted through Swayam Kerkar, Ganesh Nagvekar, Laxman Satardekar and Sebestian Fernandez. While Mitesh, Pankaj and Shubham converted for GFDC Socorro.
