After a thrilling start to the Indian Racing Festival (IRF) 2025, the Goan racing team, Goa Aces JA Racing, is gearing up to make a strong statement at Round 3, scheduled for October 4-5 at the Kari Motor Speedway in Coimbatore.
The season’s opening rounds at Kari and the Madras International Circuit saw intense competition, and with the championship fight incredibly close, the Goan team is ready to push for podium finishes and vital championship points.
Goa Aces, featuring skilled drivers like Raoul Hyman, who impressed in Round 1, aims to capitalise on the fast and technical 2.1 km Kari circuit, known for its 12 challenging turns that combine high-speed straights with tight corners.
Goa Aces hold the 5th position with 22 points, eager to climb the ranks with strong performances in the upcoming weekend.
The Goan team has also been closely watching the evolving domestic motorsport scene. Notably, the Indian Racing League has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Goa government to develop an oceanfront Goa street race circuit, scheduled to host Round 4 in November 2025. This 3.2 km FIA Grade 3 street circuit featuring 12 to 14 turns promises to be a unique, high-speed venue for showcasing homegrown and international talent.
