Narrow wins for Sesa FA, Dempo

Sesa FA registered a hard-fought narrow 1-0 win over Goa United SA in the Goa Football Association U-16 League, in a match played at Poriat ground, Calangute, on Monday. Striker Aryan Salunke’s 18-yard strike secured three points for Sesa.

Elsewhere, Dempo SC prevailed over Sporting Clube de Goa 1-0 at Don Bosco Oratory ground, Panaji. Substitute Sheldon Fernandes scored the winning goal for the young Golden Eagles in the stoppage time of the match.
