Panjim Badminton Club (PBC) felicitated its founding member Dr Deepak Mayenkar for the services rendered and contributions made in badminton for the club and the State. Dr Mayenkar has represented Goa Civil Services team on various occasions at the National level and has been a part of organizing committees, actively assisting in organisation of Major Ranking Badminton tournaments, coaching camps and professional leagues since more than a decade. Dr Mayenkar was felicitated by Custodio Araujo, Advisor, PBC and former officer with Department of Information and Publicity who presented him with a citation. Dr Mayenkar is a geologist working with the Department of Mines and Geology, Government of Goa.
