After surviving the continuous attacks after change of ends by Fatorda team, Shiroda Youth Club enjoy the numerical advantage as defender Floriano Fernandes was ejected by the referee for professional foul on rival player Steven Pereira in the 55th minute and the referee awarded a spot kick. The resultant spot-kick taken by Steven Pereira sent the rival goalkeeper the wrong way. Shiroda Youth Club showed an aggressive approach and raided the rival goal. With time running out, Shiroda Youth Club scripted a most memorable win when striker Agostinho Cruz cancelled the lead in the 75th minute to put his team on equal terms. Agostinho struck the match-winner in the 83rd minute to register his brace and collected three full points.
At Dando grounds, Benaulim, Dando Boys Club, Benaulim edged past Carmona Sports Club 2-1.Benualim led 1-0 at the breather.The highlight of the day was a brilliant brace by striker Latif Shaikh. Dando Boys got to a brilliant start when in-form striker Latif Shaikh slotted past the rival goalkeeper with a fine shot giving no chance to the rival goalkeeper in the 34th minute. The lead gave Dando Boys the width and pace as they started probing the Carmona citadel. However, Benaulim team could have done much better in terms of the scoreline with numerous missed chances over a non-existent Carmona Sports Club midfield.
Post resumption, Dando Boys continued to enjoy the better share of exchanges and Carmona were a bit lucky when Dando Boys Club missed scoring opportunities soon after resumption. Latif Shaikh struck a second time to register his brace in the 54th minute when he beat the rival onrushing goalkeeper with a stiff shot.
Down by 0-2, Carmona intensified their attacks and managed to score the consolation goal through the boots of Aider Martins at the stroke of final whistle.
