MARGAO: The Taekwondo Association of Goa (TAG) will conduct the 24th All Goa State Kyorugi & 4th Poomsae Sub-Junior, Cadet, Junior, Senior Taekwondo Championship 2015 on July 24 & 26 at Multipurpose Hall, Ponda. Around 750 players from all over Goa will be seen in action during the three-day event.
The opening ceremony and the medal distribution function on July 24 will be held at 6pm.
Ponda MLA, Lavu Mamledar will be the chief guest. Sandip Jacques, SAG ED will be the guest
of honour. A V Subhahmanyam, Commander Officer 6TTR Ponda will
be the special invitee. The following day the medal distribution will be held at 6 pm. Adv Narendra Sawaikar, MP, South Goa, will be the chief guest, Gurudatta D Bhakta,
GOA secretary will be the guest of honour and Vinayak Gaikwad, Vice President, TFI, will be the special invitee on this occasion. The valedictory function will be held at 6.30pm on July 26 with Minister of Factory & Boilers, Deepak Dhavlikar being the chief guest. Radhika Naik, Chairperson, Ponda Municipality, will be the guest of honour. Damodar Naik, Sarpanch VP Priol-Kunkoliem, will be the special invitee.
