Noah Sadaoui expressed his gratitude and excitement after his hat-trick performance in a secured a remarkable 4-0 victory against Hyderabad FC held at the Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Fatorda.
During the post-match interview, Sadaoui said, "I am very thankful and blessed. The best part was coming in and providing energy to the team after the first half. Any team would be happy to see this kind of energy and help us to improve."
When asked about his feelings regarding not starting in the first XI and coming on as a substitute, Sadaoui acknowledged the frustration but emphasised his determination to make an impact whenever given the opportunity.
He said, "As a player, it's always frustrating to sit on the bench, but today it served as a push for me to play better. Sitting on the bench gave me a boost to perform better, and that's what helped me score the hat-trick. Today was my day to sit on the bench, and I took it in a positive way."
Looking ahead to their next match against Jamshedpur, Sadaoui acknowledged the challenges of playing away and the logistical hurdles involved in traveling, especially within a short time frame. However, he laid emphasis on the team's positive mindset and determination to secure another win. The Morrocan added, "It's always difficult to play in an away match, especially against Jamshedpur. Despite the long trip and logistical challenges, we are going with a complete positive mood and approach. Our aim is to play well and secure the three points."
