The students of the seven centres under the Non Residential Special Training Centres (NRSTC) Project under the Don Bosco's Konkan Development Society came together for a thrilling Sports Day. The event saw 245 young athletes participating in a series of sporting activities, showcasing their determination and talent.
A variety of track and field events, team games, and engaging activities kept the participants and spectators entertained throughout the morning. The students demonstrated exceptional skill and sportsmanship, making the event a grand success.
After a series of exhilarating competitions, the Odxel Centre emerged as the overall champions, securing their victory with outstanding performances across multiple events.
The grand event was honoured by the presence of distinguished guests, including Raghunatan Ramkumar and Amruta Pikale from Colorcon Asia Pvt. Ltd., the funding partner of the project. Fr. Tony Alemao, Rector of Don Bosco Odxel, graced the occasion as the Guest of Honour, while Bhakti from Conexus Social Responsibility attended as a special guest.
A special felicitation ceremony was held at the conclusion of the event, where winners were presented with awards and certificates in recognition of their achievements.
