MARGAO: Fatorda Veterans edged past Mix Friends 2-1 to move into the next round of the Pogo Boys Cup 6.0 edition, at Merces church ground, on Thursday.
Odlo opened the scoring in the 20th minute by dribbling past a defender and netting the ball giving Fatorda an early lead. Later, Francis equalised for Mix Friends Veterans with a tap-in from a low cross. However, Seby struck with a wonderful goal to seal the win for Fatorda Veterans.
