PANAJI: The Goa Football Association will be participating in the Sub Junior Boys’ National Football Championship 2025-26 in Group B, comprising of Goa along with Punjab, Kerala and Haryana. The tournament will be held at Amritsar, Punjab, from October 27 to November 6.
Following players have been selected to represent Goa State Team: Casroy Royston Fernandes, Elmer Kai Fernandes, Savion Fernandes, Nathan Prinesh Pinto, Reuben Pereira, Daison Colaco, Snyden Gomes, Dwayne Chicharito De Cruz, Jerrell Valentino Moura, Velison Furtado, Abner Luis, Johan Shellon Araujo, Terence Fernandes, Raunak Singh, Rubaz Khan, Ethan Carvalho, Piyush Aeer, Jaeden Fernandes, Jonathan Ashton Rodrigues and Macklan Menezes. Officials: Ramesh Vhonnalli (Head Coach), Edith Fernandes (Asst.Coach), Cosme Oliveira (Manager), Suraj Subhash (Physiotherapist).
The team will leave for the championship on October 25. The State team will play its first match against Haryana on October 28.
