Goa Police Veterans won the Curtorim festival match by defeating South Goa Veterans 2-1, at DSYA ground, Curtorim.
South Goa Veterans scored the first goal through Francis Andrade in the 10th minute to take the lead. Goa Police equalised through Francis Colaco in the 20th minute to make it 1-1. Soon after, Francis Colaco scored for Goa Police Veterans to make it 2-1 in the 25th minute.
The match ended 2-1 in favour of Goa Police Veterans.
Roque Mascarenhas (social worker) was the chief guest and gave away the prizes along with Josico Rebelo, Savio Fernandes, President Curtorim Gymkhana, James D'Costa, General Secretary of Curtorim Gymkhana and Joaquim Mascarenhas, Cultural Secretary of Curtorim Gymkhana.
