Guirdolim SC defeated OL of Gloria SC 2-1 to register a win in the GFA Second Division league match played at Don Bosco Oratory ground Fatorda on Sunday. Caetano Viegas and Sildon Peixoto scored for Guirdolim SC while Rivo Borges reduced the margin for OL of Gloria.
At Rosary church ground, Navelim, Fr Agnelo YSC Paroda scored a hard-fought 2-1 win over Carmel SC. Ashwon Fernandes and Pratik Gaonkar scored for Fr Agnelo Paroda while Tanvir Bagalkot reduced the margin for Carmel SC.
Salgaocar FC scored a narrow 1-0 win over Clube De Salgaocar in the U-15 division I-League match played at Sinquetim Sports Complex football ground on Sunday. Joseph D'Costa scored the winning goal for Salgaocar FC.
In the Division II match played at Betalbatim Panchayat ground, St Francis Xavier SC Gonvol Sheldem defeated CRSC Navelim 3-0. Hansraj Manji, Purv Gawas and Glison Fernandes scored a goal each for Sheldem team.
