Joe Dias has been re-elected as president of Salcete Football Club for a term of 2021-2023.
Commenting on his re-election, Dias said: “I am very proud of the members' confidence and trust. For me, this is even more important considering that there is more work ahead of us to bring about the necessary impetus to the Soccer.
“I look forward to working with all members of the Salcete Club during the next three years to consolidate our previous and ongoing efforts and good governance in sport,” he added.
The new committee: President: Joe Dias; Vice-presidents: Brahmanand Shankwalker, Mauricio Afonso, Justo D’Costa and Alberto Colaco; Honorary General Secretary: Agnelo Leonel Fernandes; Assistant General Secretary: Anthony Fernandes; Treasurer: Sunil K Naik; Assistant Treasurer: Francisco Dias; Co-opted Members: Schubert Furtado, Agnelo Mascarenhas, Fr Eremita Coutinho, Oswald D’Costa, Simplicio Dias, Jacinto Fernandes and Anthony Pango.
