Keri Spikers were crowned champions of the Priol Volleyball League after beating Shorya Spikers in the final at Saraswati Sports Club ground in Priol, Ponda on Sunday. The tournament was organised by Friends Volleyball Association. Keri Spikers beat Shorya Spikers by 3-2 sets. The final was full of high voltage and drama. The first set was won by Shorya Spikers 25-18, the second set was won by Keri Spikers 25-19, the third set was won by Shorya Spikers 25-23, the fourth set was won by Keri Spikers 25-10 and the fifth and final set was won by Keri Spikers 15-14. The winners got Rs 25,000 and a trophy while the runners-up got Rs 15,000 and a trophy. Best Spikers of the Tournament went to Clint Luis (Keri Spikers), Best Setter of the Tournament was picked up by Sameer Jalmi (Shorya Spikers), Player of the Tournament was awarded to Sarvesh Naik (Shorya Spikers).
