The Ponda Table Tennis Sports Club in association with Goa Table Tennis Association will organise its 1st Major Ranking Tournament at Sports Complex, Curti, Ponda from July 10 to 13 from 3pm onwards for Boys and Girls in the U-11,U-13,U-15 and U-19 categories.
"It is heartening to see the revival of Major Ranking Table Tennis in Ponda after many years, thanks to the initiative of the newly affiliated Ponda Table Tennis Sports Club. Ponda has seen the growth of many talented players in the past who have represented Goa and this initiative will go a long way in giving many players from the region the opportunity to showcase their skills and come in the limelight We at the Goa Table Tennis Association invite more clubs across the state to come forward and actively promote the sport in Goa, thereby building a stronger, more vibrant table tennis ecosystem in Goa," stated Sudin Vernekar, President, Goa Table Tennis Association.
