Mandovi Boys of Panjim won the fifth All Goa Tennis Ball Cricket Tournament organised by Raising Stars, Agonda and sponsored by Mandovi Parivar and played at Government Sports Complex, Agonda. Altogether 40 teams from all over the State participated. In the final, Mandovi Boys played against Rising Stars, Agonda and won the match by 22 runs. After winning the toss, Mandovi Boys elected to bat first and scored 42 runs without losing a wicket in two overs. In reply, Rising Stars managed to score 20 runs in two overs by losing two wickets. The Mandovi Boys won Rs 25,000 and a trophy while Rising Stars were awarded Rs 15,000. The Individual prizes: Best Batsman - Vinesh Satarkar (Mandovi Boys), Best Bowler - Adarsh Velip (Rising Stars).
