Amaira Dhumatker, Aditi Dhargalkar, Komal Kothari, and Kanika Pai Vernekar have moved into the U11 Girls semifinals, of the All Goa Mini & Sub Junior Major Ranking Badminton Tournament 2024.
In U17 Boys section, Shaurya Naik, Om Nandanwar, Aarush Pawaskar, Owais Tahasildar, Rutav Kanabar, Sudhanva Udupa, and Soham Naik have advanced to the quarterfinals
The tournament, organized by Ponda Badminton Club and Margao Shuttlers Club in collaboration with the Goa Badminton Association and the Sports Authority of Goa, witnessed thrilling matches across the U11, U13, and U17 age groups for both boys and girls at the Ponda Sports Complex.
In the Boys U11 singles category, Michael Mare, Ayansh Sanke, Varun Sahakari, Shourya Sinari, Vedh Lotliker, Krithik Reddy Sripathi, Mihir Chafadkar, and Pratik Borkar have secured their spots in the quarterfinals. Meanwhile, Pragya Audi, Astha Poudel, Avni Khyalia, Aditi Dhargalkar, Fiona Mare, Palak Ramnathkar, Komal Kothari, and Niharika Parwar have advanced to the quarterfinals in U17 girls singles.
