Swara Godbole, a student of Vidhya Prabodhini Higher Secondary School, Porvorim, has secured all India 9th rank in the selection trials of gymnastics for ISF games held at Balewadi Sports Complex, Pune, recently.
She is selected to participate in the India training camp organised for participating in International School Games to be held in France. She will be training as a reserve player.
President Sudesh Thakur and all the members of Goa Gymnastics Association congratulated Swara on her selection. They said she will get better training and guidance from senior Indian coaches.
