The SARSANGAN Futsal Season 3.0 Super Series has reached its climactic phase with the group stages concluding in spectacular fashion. Organised by the Saraswat Sports Sangh Charitable Trust, the tournament has delivered a string of pulsating encounters, setting the stage for a high-octane finale on Sunday.
In Game 6, SynQ Rangers held off a spirited Antruz Rising Stars side in a tense 3–2 victory. Vishal Sinai Salgaonker was the star of the show, netting a brilliant hat-trick to steer his team home. Despite spirited efforts and goals from Gaurish Prabhudesai and Nikhil Pai Kakode, the Rising Stars fell short. Vishal was deservedly named Man of the Match, with the trophy presented by Laxmikant Kurade.
Game 7 entered the tournament's history books as PDK Kings registered a mammoth 26–0 victory over Rookies FC. Forward Prathamesh Prabhu was in sensational form, scoring a staggering 17 goals. His dominant performance earned him the Man of the Match award and firmly established the Kings as the team to beat.
Bouncing back from their earlier loss, Antruz Rising Stars produced a commanding 9–2 win over Cosmos United in Game 8. Nikhil Pai Kakode led the charge with a five-goal blitz, supported by braces from Shashank Kenkre and Gaurish Prabhudesai. Cosmos United found consolation through goals by Soham Prabhugaonkar and Adeep, but the Rising Stars dominated proceedings. Nikhil’s five-star showing earned him the Man of the Match accolade.
In Game 9, SynQ Rangers maintained their strong run with a 6–4 triumph over Sniper FC. Sanat Mhapne grabbed a hat-trick and played a pivotal role in the win, ably supported by Vishal Sinai Salgaonker’s brace and an own goal from the opposition. Sanat’s all-round brilliance was rewarded with the Man of the Match trophy.
With the group stages wrapped up, the focus now shifts to the championship decider between the PDK Kings and Antruz Rising Stars.
