Hosts Chandor Club edged Curtorim Gymkhana 1-0 to win the 50th All Goa Chandor Seamen Rolling Trophy in front of over 4,000 fans at the Chandor Church Ground.
Ashwell Peixoto scored the only goal of the match in the 46th minute after a fast-paced contest with several missed chances by both teams.
Chandor Club took home Rs 1 lakh and a trophy, while Curtorim Gymkhana settled for Rs 80,000. Chief guest Yuri Alemao, Leader of Opposition and MLA of Cuncolim, handed over the prizes alongside other dignitaries.
Individual awards: Best Goalkeeper: Rio Rebello (Chandor), Best Defender: Akram Yadwad (Chandor), Best Player: Ashwell Peixoto (Chandor), Best Striker: Anselm Fernandes (Curtorim).
