Bainguinim waste plant stares at another fresh wait
MAPUSAThe proposed 100-tonne-per-day solid waste treatment plant at Bainguinim is unlikely to move to the financial bidding stage for at least another two to three months, with the Goa Waste Management Corporation (GWMC) first required to appoint a private project management consultant (PMC) to prepare the detailed project documents.
