Special Court set up to clear mounting land dispute cases

PANAJIIn a major push to clear the backlog of land-related disputes and applications, the State government has launched the ‘Goa Special Court’ to fast-track cases relating to Mhaje Ghar, tenancy, mundkarial, mutation, partition and Forest Rights Act, with a target to dispose of all pending matters by December 31, 2026.
