CII Goa to organise Prog on Food Safety Management for Hotels, Catering & Restaurants

CII Goa with its Centre of Excellence - Food & Agriculture Centre of Excellence (FACE) is organising a one day programme on Food Safety Management in Hotels, Catering & Restaurants on 28 October 2015 at Vivanta by Taj, Panaji Goa. The program envisages an awareness building to Hoteliers, Caterers and Restaurant operators on the best practices.

The one day workshop would cover FSSAI Rules & Regulations, Schedule 4- Part -5 Catering & Food Service Establishments, Pre-requisite programs for Catering Awareness, Quality Control and Assurance in Catering/Hotels/Restaurants, Advances in Cleaning and Sanitation practices and products and Hygienic Equipment Design.

Attending the prog will help the participants not only to maintain good practice in the production of safe food which is of paramount importance, but also, Increased Consumer Satisfaction, Reduced risk to the business, Capability enhancement, Scientific facts based Risk Analysis and Management, Reduced Wastage, Increased productivity and morale.
