The security cabins are made out of composite polymer material with 40 mm thick panels with polyurethane insulation and aluminium powder coated windows on sides, provision of fan, tube light and electrical points, monolithic roof, MS platform at the base covered with cement sheet covered with PVC vinyl flooring, Available for 1/2/3 persons in various sizes. They are light in weight, portable and easy to shift. There are weatherproof and there is no chance of leakage and as they are temporary structures, they are not counted in FSI
The site offices are made out of Galvanised steel with 50 mm thick glass wool insulation with a wooden particle board finish from inside. The interiors of site offices are with good aesthetics and cross ventilation, and concealed wiring, wooden laminate finish, false ceiling, PVC vinyl flooring and furniture such as tables, chairs, office cabinets etc. can be provided at the extra cost.
The portable toilets are made out of composite polymer material with 40 mm thick polyurethane panels, have louvers from sides, provision of exhaust fans, tube light, internal plumbing arrangement with flush tank, wc, taps, wash basin etc and has monolithic roof. These are best suitable where sanitation facilities are not present, as they are light in weight and easy to shift.
The micro banking branch has onsite ATM, account passbook printing machine and account opening machine, built-in-air conditioning with an auto switch with timer, built in service pantry with granite platform and steel sink, built in toilet equipped wth WC and jet spray, flush tank, wash basin, mirror, aroma diffuser, soap dispenser, towel and napkin rod. "They can be transported to remote locations. In case of non-performing branches, simply shift the whole branch," he quips.
These portable cabins come in a wide range of designs - meant to accommodate single person or two-three persons at a time. The garbage bins too come in different sizes. Prefab security cabin, GI portable cabin, portable site office may cost around Rs 40,000 per piece. Security cabins for single person and waterproof site cabins are quoted at Rs 52,000 per piece.
