Harley-Davidson to hold biggest H.O.G rally in Goa

Leading two-wheeler maker Harley-Davidson will hold India's biggest H.O.G (Harley Owners Group) rally in Goa, on February 18, 2016. The rally will be the fourth edition of the series of rallies hosted by the motorcycle giant.

The event will be followed by a display of Harley-Davidson's special display of 2016 motorcycles on February 19-20, 2016. The year 2015 has ended on a positive note for Harley-Davidson India with more than 12,000 motorcycles on the Indian roads since it commenced its operations in the country in 2010. The company continued its strategic expansion in the country by opening dealerships in Tier II cities “Lucknow, Nagpur and Coimbatore.

Speaking about the occasion, Harley-Davidson India's MD Vikram Pawah said, "The India H.O.G. Rally is going to be a grand celebration of the adventure-loving, rebellious spirit of Harley-Davidson and we look forward to riding with our customers, many of whom will attending it for the very first time. Over12,000 Harley-Davidson motorcycles on the Indian roads is a result of creating unrivalled products followed by exceptional customer experiences. Jeep ready to start sales in India, brand CEO says

DetroitFiat Chrysler's Jeep Chief Executive Mike Manley on Monday said the SUV brand will announce next month its first sales in India, where volumes will be low for the first few years.Manley had previously said the initial models to be sold to India will be the Grand Cherokee and Wrangler.
