Jaitley's meet successful, his convoy not so much

New Delhi: A vehicle in Finance Minister Arun Jaitley's cavalcade on Monday met with a minor accident when it brushed past another vehicle.

No one was injured in the accident.

The incident happened soon after Jaitley left 'Vigyan Bhawan' after finishing day-long meeting of the GST Council.

Mahindra Scorpio SUV in the cavalcade, which was trailing Jaitley's car, brushed past a Maruti Wagon-R car just outside exit gate of high security Vigyan Bhawan.

The Wagon-R's left side headlight as well as some portions around it were damaged in the accident. The SUV also suffered minor damages with its bull bar and a headlight sufferring damage.
