SpaceDeal to host a ‘builders meet’ on July 18th

SpaceDeal to host ‘builders

meet’ on July 18

Prominent real-estate consultant, SpaceDeal, will host a ‘builders meet’ on July 18 from 11 am to 2 pm at Taj Vivanta in Panaji. June Mendes Singh, business head, SpaceDeal, said, “More than 100 builders are expected to come at the builders meet. These builders will be from Goa and also from other parts of India, who have business interest in Goa”

SpaceDeal has an online system, where it has detailed information about properties for sale. The idea of calling a builders meet is to collaborate with them, to know about their projects or properties, which can be listed on SpaceDeal’s system so that they can find the right customer at right price.

Singh said, “As of now, we don’t know how much a builder is able to sell or not. To even know what kind of projects he or she has, we have to go to his website. Now, if we have the projects of builders listed with us on our online system, we will be able to show that to our clients within seconds. This way a builders bank can be created”

Nurallah K Veljee, who is the director of SpaceDeal, has 34 years of experience in real estate. Apart from having its head office in Patto, Veljee informed that SpaceDeal also has two franchisee offices, one each in Vasco and Margao.

Veljee, however, mentioned that there is great deal of confusion in Goa’s real-estate market because the state government has not implemented regional plan. Veljee said, “As of now, when a person goes to the government, he sees a piece of land is settlement as per Regional Plan 2001 and orchard as per Regional Plan 2021. Due to this, things are not settled. The government should once and for all decide on Regional Plan.”
