Former MP and veteran advocate Amrut Kansar passed away at 6:30am at Goa Medical College Hospital on Monday. Advocate Kansar was a socially oriented person and a helping hand for the needy in the society. His body will be brought to his residence at St Inez on Tuesday and funeral will be held at 11 am.
