I have been trying to get an appointment through thePassport Seva website in order to submit documents for my daughter andhusband's passport applications at Passport Office in Panjim. It has been a fortnight now, but I haven'thad any success.
All I get is a message that says “the maximum number ofappointments have been exceeded for the day". This despite trying at 4:00pm daily, which is the time they suggest. A colleague was able to get herappointment, since she went through a travel agent and paid him Rs 800. This ispure harassment and an evident nexus between travel agents and the PassportOfficials.

An appointment has been booked using this IP address already.Perhaps the candidate can switch off the system and restart it? Theappointments are managed centrally by the Ministry of External Affairs and TCS.
