The fence of the Panjim Municipal Garden, Garcia de Orta has been seen broken for quite a long time now. Yet, nobody bothers to repair it. What a shame! How can you expect Panjim to become a Smart City when such small things are ignored by the authorities as they perhaps await the government sanction to place tenders? Does it require CM approval in this case?
