Parking on the footpath has become almost an every day affair in the capital city of Panaji. These pictures were taken on January 7, 2017 at about 4 pm around the Campal area. As can be seen in the photographs, cars occupy the space on the footpath while people (pedestrians) are seen walking on the road. Wake up Traffic Police!
