They enjoy voting in both states thanks to our ministers and their vote banks. There is a saying that if you give them a finger, they will grab your whole hand. And this is what is happening in our Goa.
Now, the Karnataka government is planning to buy 30 acres of land in Goa to build a housing colony for the evicted migrants.
Goa government does not have land for the National Green Tribunal (NGT) in Goa, and claims they cannot give land to our own poor people who are true Goans - Niz Goenkar.
Karnataka is a big state. Why cannot the government build the people a housing colony there? Give them good jobs and proper housing so that they can live happily with their loved ones.
I am not against the people of Karnataka. We are all Indians and hence one family, but taking our land which our own people cannot get is simply not done. Tomorrow they will fight for languages.
I request our Goa government to save and protect our land for our own people. Viva Goa! Viva Goenkar!
