Welcome to Goa, but at your own risk. Be careful and don't drive fast, especially at night time, as you will find many cows and buffaloes squatting in the middle of the roads, not just in the villages but even in the cities. And more often than not, they are not visible until the very last minute. So many motorists have been injured and even lost their lives on account of this.
So if you want to go home safely, you drive slow because your safety is in your own hands. In our India, a cow's life is more precious than a human being's.
Hope our State government will look into this matter keeping in mind that Goa is a tourist state. Assure them safety so that they can go back home safe with no injuries.
