ALLISTER CAJETAN DE SA

Hounslow West ward

Hounslow Council

PERSONAL DETAILS

Hailing from Vasco, I am a dedicated community member with strong roots and deep respect for our culture and traditions. I am engaged in business and have been actively involved in social and community work both in India and in the UK.

My journey has been shaped by hard work, commitment, and a strong sense of responsibility towards society.

My father, Jose De Sa, is my backbone and greatest source of inspiration. His guidance, values, and life experience have shaped my character and continue to motivate me in my journey of public service.

I moved to the UK in 2013, and since then, I have remained closely connected with my home town and local community, actively participating in social, cultural, and developmental activities.

In the UK, my main profession has been business, where I have gained valuable experience in management, leadership, and public service. This exposure has helped me understand governance, accountability, and community welfare at a global level.

SOCIAL SERVICE

My passion for serving people and improving our community motivated me to enter local politics. Over the years, I have actively worked in leadership and community service roles, including serving as General Secretary of MES College, Vasco, Parish Youth President of St Andrew's Church, Vasco, and Director and Sports Secretary of United Goan Affiliation UK.

For the past 13 years, I have been living in the Hounslow area, where there is a large and vibrant Goan community. Despite our strong presence, our community's voice has not been adequately represented in the Hounslow Council. This motivated me to step forward and take responsibility.

I have therefore requested my Goan brothers and sisters to come together and give us all a chance to have a strong and united Goan voice in the borough. I strongly believe in transparent governance, inclusive development, and addressing the real issues faced by our people.

Let us come together for a better future-for ourselves and for the next generation-and work collectively towards the progress and well-being of our community.

POLL PROMISES

I have a vision to serve the community honestly and effectively. My key election promises include improving basic infrastructure such as roads, drainage, and sanitation, supporting local businesses and employment opportunities and strengthening healthcare and education facilities.

I also pledge to promote youth development and skill training, enhance public safety and security in our community, and protect Goa's environment and heritage.

I believe in accessible leadership and regular interaction with the public. My aim is to work closely with residents, listen to their concerns, and take timely action.

With the strong moral foundation given to me by my father and my family, along with my experience and dedication, l am confident of contributing positively to our constituency and building a better future together. My slogan is ‘Let's Work Together for Better Hounslow West.’
